Minimum order
Trade orders start at 20 items in the cart. Mix any styles and colours you like. Your cart will tell you if you are short.
Lead time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery then takes a further 5 to 7 business days depending on where you are, so allow around 7 to 9 business days from order to arrival.
Freight
Freight is calculated at checkout from the value of your order, so you always see the figure before you pay.

Payment
Orders are paid at checkout by card. Your goods total, freight and any volume discount are all shown before you confirm.

| 01 | Forward an emailYour cart has its own email address. Send or forward any order list to it, in the message or as a PDF or spreadsheet, and the cart builds itself. Open the cart, choose Forward an email, and the address is there to copy. |

| 03 | Shopping listsSave the pieces you restock as a list once, then add the whole list to a cart in two clicks next time. You can export a list as a spreadsheet too. |

Stock
Live stock shows against every piece in the trade ordering table. Everything is mouth-blown by hand, so depth varies by colourway. If you are planning a large order of one colour, message us first and we will tell you what is coming.
