We know you're excited to get your HUM. Concept products! That's why we do our best to ensure delivery is as fast as possible, so you get your items quickly.

We're working hard to get each order out as quickly as possible and we are continuing to improve the experience. 

Is Delivery Free?

We currently charge AUD $10 for all orders within Australia.

For the orders above AUD $120, free shipping applies.

Express Post

Australia Post Express is the fastest option to receive your order and is available to Australian residents for $15 flat rate. This is not a guaranteed overnight service.

All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays, except public holidays. Orders must be received by 6pm the day prior to ensure they are captured for processing and shipping on these days.

Authority to Leave

If you are not home to receive your delivery, your order will be left in a safe place at your shipping address.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot take responsibility for its transit or the actions of the courier service.

How Does Delivery Work?

All orders placed before 6pm AEST/AEDT are sent on the next processing and shipment day.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping notifications will be sent once the parcel has been dispatched.

We endeavour to process all other orders the next processing day, however during busy sale periods processing may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.

Orders are sent with Australia Post.

Delivery Conditions

Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have been unable to locate your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.

Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed. In some instances this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Wholesale order lead time: 7 business days 

Custom branding orders have a lead time of 5–6 weeks, including delivery, calculated from the date your order and design are confirmed. This covers sample approval and bulk production. We'll keep you updated on the status of your order throughout this process.
